Genius Hour/Enrichment Period offers students the opportunity to explore their personal interests and fosters creativity within the classroom. It grants students the autonomy to choose the activities they engage in during one or more periods throughout the school day.

AllTimely facilitates the selection of activities during Genius Hour. These activities are established by teachers using our user-friendly web application. Typically, teachers create activities for both academic and extracurricular purposes.

To implement AllTimely in your school, please contact us at [email protected]. We will collaborate with you to create a customized website for your school, incorporating its name in the web address. Once the site is set up, we will import your students and teachers, allowing them to create individual accounts for accessing AllTimely. Additionally, we will establish the specific days designated for Genius Hour in order to construct a shared schedule for students.

Teachers can utilize their accounts to define the activities, specify the intended student audience (if applicable), set maximum enrollment limits for each activity, and schedule dates and periods for these activities.

Students will log in by selecting their school and providing username/password credentials on the school-branded login page. They can then choose from among the pre-defined activities offered on their school's designated Genius Hour days and will receive notifications regarding any activity cancellations.

School administrators have access to a comprehensive dashboard through our website, which displays student assignment information for each activity. We also track students who are not enrolled in any activities and can automatically assign them to a default activity if necessary. In addition, we offer over 20 customizable reports that provide a holistic view of your school's Genius Hour program.
